First and foremost, the support from this company is superb 5/5
I messaged the owner nearly a year before purchasing when I was planning out how to get an 8-string for the best price, and the owner spared no details in answering my questions and offering advice/confirmation as to my desired outcome for the build.
The kit when I ordered it, arrived blazing fast and was very well packed with no issues out of box aside some very minor fixes like needing to mallet in some frets to fully flatten them in order to mend the minor minor fret buzz I had in the lower frets. I cannot speak to the electronics in the kit as I did not touch them, I did my own electronic harness with a custom setup, but they measured out and look absolutely fine.
Working on the kit was a joy, limited only by my own lack of experience in the matter, and all mistakes/flaws in the final finish/fret inlays are my own and my own only due to improper procedure.
It was pretty straightforward to router out the offset pickup cavities to fit soap-bar Fishman pickups, and to crown the head-nub into a clean taper with a jigsaw.
Staining and painting was arguably one of the more tedious and difficult parts of the process as I had to sand down the veneer face by hand between stain coats, and I highly recommend future builders to use an orbital sander for this task.

First time builder, and I have to say that I loved the experience. A lot of lessons were learned and a few mistakes made but I can’t be any happier with the way it plays, looks and sounds! Pickups are great and the tuning stability is insane. I will 100% be getting another kit in the future.

This kit took a little elbow grease to make perfect, but it was worth it! The bones are good and everything fits together fine. It will make a guitar as good as the builder can build. Very lightweight for an 8 string and the longer scale length makes it really thump!

Recently bought this kit. It arrived quickly and in good shape. I had a couple issues with the height of the nut and some frets that had lifted during shipping.
Both times I emailed for assistance and received immediate and thorough advice on my options, and how to fix it and what steps to take.
